Organizing Training Baitul Salaam Network, Inc.

Our organization is poised to receive great blessings however we must organize more and mobilize more people doing this work at all levels, in shaa Allah. Below is a list of volunteer and stipend volunteer positions available in our organization:
1. Case Managers: Requires a minimum of eight hours of training from us with some experience from another organization, in shaa Allah. Must have a car or know how to use public transporation effectively. Must be patient with people. Must document activities with clients (our sisters primarily), in shaa Allah. This is a stipend position. When working with a client you will receive a minimum of $300 per month (gas and food stipend), in shaa Allah. You will have up to two clients to work with at a time, in shaa Allah.
2.  Ambassadors: These are people who go to meetings and take notes for us. Spread the news of our activities and act as a liasion with their community or organization for us, in shaa Allah. The best people to do this are people who are somewhat busy in the community, in shaa Allah. You can be trained in one hour to do this assignment. No stipend. Must have up to four hours per month to give, in shaa Allah.
3.  Resource/Outreach Workers: These people look for resources for us like food for the food pantry, toys/gifts for the Eid Toy drive, personal care items, office supplies, etc. Sometime these positions are stipend, in shaa Allah.
4.  Media Team: People who have PR, Social media skills to help us promote our activities and work, in shaa Allah. Can and we encourage you to learn how to host a show on www.blogtalkradio.com/baitulsalaam.
